Pizza Recipe
Dough
2½ tsp. dry yeast
In 1/3 cup warm water
Add:
4 cups flour
2 tbsp. oil
2 tsp. salt
Just under 1 cup warm water
Knead for 10 minutes and then roll out to size of your choice
Sauce
1 can tomato sauce to 1 can water
mix until smooth
Add oregano, onion powder, garlic powder
and a dash of salt and pepper
Sprinkle with vegetable topping of your choice and cheese
Bakes between 15-20 minutes on 180o
Challa Recipe
2 cups warm water
4½ tsp. dry yeast
1 tsp. sugar
Let rise for 10-15 minutes
Add:
1-2 eggs
½ cup oil
¾ cup sugar
1 tbsp. salt
Almost a full 1.5 kg. bag of flour (adding until good consistency)
Wipe top with oil, cover and let rise for approx. 1 hour
Knead again, then shape and let rise for approx. ½ hour
Bake on 180o for 30 minutes or until golden brown
